Essar Engineering Services Limited started out here in Pandesara quite a while ago. Our office is at 100 Ashirwad Township-2, just by Gate-2 on that busy 120 Feet Bamroli Road. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty dusty and loud with all the trucks moving around during the day. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or talking to guys on the shop floor about how to get things fixed right. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we keep our tools and papers. Most mornings start with a quick cup of tea while we go over what needs doing for the day. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just keep working. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's usually just a few of us trying to figure out technical problems and making sure the measurements are correct before we send anything out. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, so moving equipment can be a real pain sometimes. We've been in this part of Surat for years now and we've seen the road outside change quite a lot. It’s mostly just hard work and long hours here. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big speeches. We just show up, do the engineering work, and go home when the job is done. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
