Embtel Web Solutions Private Limited is located in the Sns Business Park in Surat. We are up on the 5th floor, specifically in suite 501. The business park is a big place with lots of different companies, but we’ve managed to make our corner feel pretty comfortable. It’s got that standard office look—desks, chairs, a few plants that someone occasionally remembers to water. We’ve been here for a bit, and the team is used to the rhythm of the place. Surat is known for being a hub of business, and we fit right into that, though we focus more on the web and digital side of things. It’s not always easy work; sometimes we’re scratching our heads over a bug for hours. But we stick with it. We aren't into the whole 'corporate culture' thing with forced fun or mission statements on the wall. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and go home to our families. The 5th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the ground, which is nice. We have our fair share of busy days where the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people we help in the long run.
