We've been at Kapil Palace for a while now. It's on the first floor, shop 103. People usually find us by the Shamshan Bhumi on Songarh Road. It's not a fancy place, just where we do our work. Being in Tapi district means we see a lot of local folks coming in for advice on their building projects. We mostly handle the technical stuff and drawings. It’s busy. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints everywhere, but that's how it goes. My cousin helps out with the paperwork sometimes. We try to keep things straightforward. If you're driving down the main road, you'll see the building easy enough. It's a small team here. Just three of us usually. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are busy with site visits and others we're just stuck behind the desk. We don't really do much advertising. Mostly people just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who had work done before. It's a decent spot for a business like ours since everyone knows the landmark nearby. We have some old chairs for people to sit while we talk through things. It isn't a showroom. Just a regular engineering office where we get the job done. We’ve had some leaky ceilings during the monsoon but we fixed those ourselves. That's just part of life here in this part of town.
