Eakcon Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based on Kothavalchavadi Street in West Saidapet. Our building is New No. 123. West Saidapet is a busy, lived-in area of Chennai, and our street is no different. It’s the kind of place where you know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. The office is tucked away and doesn’t look like much from the outside. We deal with systems and technical equipment, so the inside is often filled with parts and tools spread out over the workbenches. It can get a bit messy, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. The humidity in Chennai is always a factor, so we have fans going in every corner to keep the air from getting too still during the afternoon slump. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby area for people to wait in. Usually, if the door is open, you just walk in and find someone at their desk or working on a piece of gear. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting or talking through technical details with each other. It’s just a group of us who know our stuff and prefer to focus on the hardware rather than the corporate side of things. Kothavalchavadi Street is always bustling with people, and we are just one part of the local mix here, doing our work day in and day out without much fuss or fancy titles.
