Our office is unit 402 in the Empire State building, which is right by Udhan Darwaja on the Ring Road. If you know the area, you know how busy the Ring Road can get with all the traffic and the shops nearby. Being on the fourth floor helps get us a bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking during rush hour. At Dynamic Softlink Pvt. Ltd., we have a pretty basic setup. It’s mostly just rows of computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have our desks and a small table where we eat our lunch. The work keeps us pretty occupied, mostly dealing with software and data. We’ve been in this building for some time now and we know the other people on our floor quite well. It’s a friendly enough atmosphere, even if everyone is busy. Sometimes the power flickers or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and move on. We don’t really have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do every day to keep things going. It’s a real, working office where we put in our hours and try to do an honest job. We usually finish up and head out before the evening traffic gets too bad, but that doesn't always happen when there's a lot to do.
