We are located in Katargam, specifically at Shop No. 3 in the Laxmivila Apartment. Most people recognize the area because of Vishal Bhavan or the Chikuvadi Char Rasta nearby. It's a decent spot for a tech shop. We handle a lot of different computer and info-tech things here. Some days it’s fixing hardware that stopped working for no reason, and other days we’re helping someone set up a network. It isn't a huge operation. We mostly just talk to people who walk in with a problem. We try to explain things in a way that makes sense without using too much tech jargon that nobody understands. The space isn't very large, so we have to stay organized, though it doesn't always look that way when we have several projects going at once. Being part of the Katargam community is important to us. We’ve been here long enough to know how things work around the Char Rasta. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be more than we are. It’s just Dnd Infotech, a place where you can get your tech sorted out without a lot of fuss. We just keep our heads down and do the repairs or setups as they come in. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We are usually here from morning until evening, just dealing with whatever comes through the door at Laxmivila.
