Design Care Consultant

We are located over on Khairani Road in the TCG Compound, specifically in room A 403 of the building on Anand Mahal Road. This part of Mumbai is very industrial, so there’s always a lot of noise from the nearby warehouses and workshops. We work as consultants, which basically means we spend our day helping people figure out the design side of their projects. It’s a small office, and we don’t have a lot of extra space. Usually, every desk is covered in files and technical manuals. The humidity in this part of the city can be tough, so our fans are always running at full speed. We are just a few people who know a lot about design and construction. We don’t have a big fancy sign outside or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a laptop or talking through a problem on the phone. We’ve been in the TCG Compound for a while now, so we know most of the other businesses around here. It’s a hardworking neighborhood, and we try to fit in by just putting our heads down and getting the work done. We don't use any big words to try and sound smarter than we are. We just listen to what someone needs and then try to find a practical way to design it. It’s a simple setup, but it suits us.
