Delta Food Chain

Delta Food Chain has been operating out of Surat Sai Bab Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something cooking or being packed up in the back. We don’t have a lot of space for sitting around, so the place stays pretty active all day long. Dealing with food is always a bit stressful because everything has to be moved quickly and kept right. Our team is just a handful of local folks who know how to get things done without needing too much talk. We aren't some big corporate office with people in suits; it’s mostly just aprons and busy hands over here in Surat Sai Bab Nagar. Some days the orders pile up and we feel a bit behind, but we just keep going until the last bag is out the door. The neighborhood is okay, though the parking can be a real headache during the lunch hours when everyone is out. We see a lot of the same people every week, which is nice because we get to know what they usually like to order. We don't spend money on fancy signs or big ads, we just focus on the daily kitchen work. It gets really hot in there during the summer, but that’s just part of the job we chose. If you walk by, you’ll probably hear the noise of the fans and the clatter of the pans. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
