Our spot is right on the main road, directly above Brijwasi Sweets. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the sweet shop is. We are right across from the Town Hall, so it’s always a very busy part of the street. There is a lot of noise from the horns and people shouting outside. Being a courier and express company, we deal with a lot of boxes and envelopes every single day. The floor is often covered in packing tape and labels. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re moving stuff around. The stairs up from the street are narrow and a bit steep. We spend most of our time sorting out deliveries and making sure the drivers know where they are going. Sometimes the logistics get complicated, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic is backed up near the Town Hall. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just maps and schedules taped up. If you come by to drop something off, you’ll probably smell the samosas and sweets from downstairs. It makes us hungry all day. We’ve been here at this location for a good while now. It’s a practical place to work, even if it’s a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in. We just try to get the packages where they need to go without losing anything in the middle of the rush.
