We operate out of the Zero Tax Industrial Estate at plot D/6. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but it is where all the manufacturing happens. The main thing you notice when you walk into our place is the sound of the cutting machines and the smell of the adhesive. We make all kinds of tapes. The floors are always a little bit sticky, no matter how often we sweep them. That is just part of the job when you work with tape all day. We have big rolls of raw material stacked up in the back and the finished products ready to go out in the front. It is a busy environment and things can get a bit chaotic when we have a big order to finish by the end of the shift. We don’t have a big corporate office; it’s just a small corner with a couple of desks where we handle the bills and the phone calls. Most of the time we are out on the floor making sure the machines are running right. It gets pretty loud, so we have to shout sometimes to hear each other. We are a small team and most of us have been here since the start. We just focus on making the tape correctly and getting it loaded onto the trucks. It isn't fancy work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just get through the daily production list.
