D. L. Tandel

D. L. Tandel is a small operation located in Office No-9 of the Rajlaxmi Complex. We are right across the road from the Mahalaxmi Mandir on Tadwadi Road in Rander. Being so close to the temple means we hear the bells and the crowds every single day. It gives the place a certain energy, even when we are just sitting inside doing paperwork. The complex itself is an older building, and our office is pretty modest. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that sometimes get stuck, and a couple of chairs for visitors. It’s not a large space, so things can feel a bit crowded when more than three people are in the room. We don't have any fancy signs or a big marketing budget. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they saw our name while walking to the temple. We handle a variety of tasks, mostly administrative things that require a lot of attention to detail. The traffic on Tadwadi Road is constant, so there is always a background hum of scooters and cars. We start our day early and usually stay until the sun goes down. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we like being part of the Rander community. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and head home to our families at the end of the day. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy enough.
