Crystal Furniture Industries

Crystal Furniture Industries is located at L-15 to 17 in the N. J. Complex. We are right opposite the CNG Pump on Bhatar Road in Bhutdizampa. The sound of saws and hammers is pretty much the background music here. We have a lot of space across those units, but it still feels small when we have a big order of tables or cupboards being made. The smell of wood and glue is something you get used to very quickly. We spend our days measuring things and making sure the edges are smooth. It’s hot work, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the road. The CNG pump across the street always has a line of cars, so there is always some noise outside. We keep the doors open mostly to let the air circulate. People walk in and look at the half-finished pieces. Sometimes the floors are covered in sawdust and we have to sweep it up three times a day. It is not a shiny showroom. It is a place where things are actually built. We have a few old fans that make a lot of noise but they keep us cool enough to keep working. Our workers have been with us for years and they know their way around the machines. We just focus on getting the pieces done and loaded onto the trucks for delivery.
