Codealchemy Private Limited is located on the 5th floor of the R.J.D. Business Hub, specifically in Wing-A. Our address involves a lot of numbers like Syno3348 and Plot 12, but basically, we are off the Naginawadi-Kansanagar Road in the Katargam area of Surat. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of commerce happening. We have a good-sized space here on the fifth floor. It’s mostly just rows of computers and a small break area where we eat lunch. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. We are more focused on the code we are writing and the systems we are building. The team is made up of locals from Surat who know their stuff. We don't go in for big meetings that last all day. We prefer to just talk over the desks and get things sorted. Being in Katargam means we are around a lot of other businesses, which is nice. We aren't a giant multinational company. We are just a group of developers and technicians who like solving problems. We work regular hours, though sometimes things get busy and we stay a little later. We keep things pretty informal around the office. There are no suits or ties here, just people in jeans trying to make things work. It’s a straightforward place and we like it that way. We just keep doing our thing here in Wing-A.
