Chiccem Medical Private Limited

Our shop is number 29 at the Shital Shopping Centre. Most people in Surat know the Turning Point area in Bhatar, so we are pretty easy to find once you get into the complex. Chiccem Medical is a small company. We handle medical supplies and equipment. The ground floor location is good because we don't have to deal with stairs when deliveries come in. Surat is a fast-moving city, and things are always changing around here, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. It’s a decent-sized shop, though it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stock arriving. We don’t really do any big marketing. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. The staff here is just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We know where everything is on the shelves, even if it looks a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s what we know. The Shital Shopping Centre can be quite lively in the afternoons. We see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a regular business life. We don’t have a big corporate board or anything; it’s just us running the shop and making sure things get where they need to go. That's the long and short of it.
