Our place is in Surat, specifically over in Mota Varachha. We are at number 44 on the ground floor of Nand Banglows. It is more of a house setting than a tall office building which suits us just fine. Being on the ground floor means we don't have to wait for elevators every time we go out. The neighborhood is mostly residential houses and some small shops here and there. It is a bit quieter than the main commercial streets. We have set up our workstations in the main rooms of the building. It is a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time but we make it work somehow. There is a small space out front where we park the bikes during the day. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with kids playing or people passing by. We started here because it was convenient for everyone to reach without a long commute. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby for people to wait in. If you come by, someone will just look up from their desk and say hello to you. It is a very casual atmosphere most of the time. We try to keep things organized but sometimes papers and cables pile up. That is just how it goes when you are busy working. It feels like a home office because it basically is one. We like it this way.
