C Soft Computers

C Soft Computers is located right at 101 Thaltej Tekra on the Ring Road. It’s a prominent corner, so we see a lot of people passing by every day. The building is pretty standard for this area. We have been operating out of this unit for a while now. Inside, the space is divided between a front area for customers and a back area where we do most of the actual work. It’s usually a bit messy back there with tools and computer parts everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We don't have any polished presentations or corporate brochures. If someone has a question about their computer, we just talk to them like normal people. The Ring Road can get very busy during rush hour, so it’s always a bit of a scramble to get in and out at those times. We have a few regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened. They know we don't put on any acts. We just take the machines, look at what’s wrong, and try to fix them. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. There aren't any layers of management to deal with. You just talk to whoever is behind the counter. We’ve been at 101 for years and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. But inside our shop, things stay pretty much the same. We just keep working.
