Old Bombay Market is a very crowded place most of the time. Our spot is Wf-8. You have to walk through a lot of other shops and navigate the narrow paths to get here. It’s always loud with people shouting and moving heavy boxes around. Appy Fashion is tucked in there among the rest. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the racks and making sure everything is where it should be. The lighting in the market isn't the greatest but we have our own lamps inside the shop. Sometimes the hallways get blocked with new deliveries and you have to wait for them to move. It’s just how it is in the old market. We know the neighbors well, like the guy who sells tea and the other shop owners nearby. We show up, open the shutters, and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There isn't much space for a big office area, so we just have a small desk tucked in the corner. You can hear the fans humming all day long. It gets quite hot in the summer months. People come and go looking for things. Wf-8 is a small space but it fits what we need for the business. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just the stock and some shelves on the walls. It's a busy life here in the market and we are used to it by now.
