It is right across from the Old Bahumali Building, which is a big landmark for anyone trying to find us. Living and working in Surat means things are usually moving fast, and our clinic is no different. We spend a lot of our time going between the floors to check on things. It’s a dedicated space for fertility work and we’ve been at this location for some time. The building itself is older, which is why being across from the Bahumali building helps people get their bearings. Most of our days start quite early with patients coming in from different parts of the city. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that, just our name on the directory. The staff here mostly takes the stairs because the lift can be slow when it's busy. It feels like a small community inside these floors. We try to keep the atmosphere quiet because of the nature of the work we do. People come in with a lot on their minds, and we just try to be the people who help them through the process.
