Access Dreams

Access Dreams is situated at Block No. 101 in Uday Nagar Part-2, right off Katargam Road. It’s a residential-style building converted into a workspace. It’s nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We’ve got a small porch and some plants that we try to keep alive, though the Surat heat makes it difficult. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with desks and some chairs that don’t quite match. We handle various tasks throughout the day, mostly local stuff that keeps us busy. The street outside is always lively with people going to work or kids playing. We like being in Katargam because it feels like a real neighborhood. We don’t have a receptionist; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to see who it is. Sometimes it’s just a delivery person or a neighbor asking for something. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who hire us and make enough to keep the lights on. Most of our day is spent at the computers or talking over the desk about what needs to be done next. It’s a simple setup, very relaxed, and we don’t have any strict rules about ties or formal meetings. It’s just a place where we work and try to make things happen every single day.
