Batliboi Ltd

You’ll find us out on the Surat Navsari Road, specifically in the Fateh Nagar area. Batliboi Ltd has been a name around here for a long time, and our spot here is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens. It’s a large site, and there’s always something moving, whether it’s a crane or a truck coming in with supplies. The air around the plant usually smells like industrial work, which is something you just get used to after the first week. We have a lot of history in this building. Some of the equipment has been with us for decades, while other parts are brand new. It’s a real mix. The staff here is like a big family, really. We’ve seen people retire after forty years and new kids start their first jobs right next to them. We don't go in for much of that modern corporate talk. We prefer to just talk about the work that needs doing today and how we’re going to get it done. The commute along the Navsari Road can be a bit of a trek depending on the time of day, but once you’re here, it’s all about the machines and the production. We’ve had our ups and downs over the years, like any business, but we just keep showing up and doing the work. It’s a solid, no-nonsense place, and we’re quite proud of the fact that we just get on with things without making a fuss.
