Avdip Infocom is located at Plot No 314 in Kailash Nagar, which is right across from Sonal Industries in the Udhna area of Surat. Udhna is known for being quite industrial, so our surroundings are filled with the sounds of workshops and the general bustle of a hardworking district. Our office sits in the middle of all that activity. It is a straightforward building where we have our computers and all the networking gear we need to do our jobs. Most of us arrive early to beat the morning rush in Udhna, and the day is usually spent looking at technical specs or troubleshooting different systems. It can get a bit dusty and loud outside because of all the nearby industries, but inside we just focus on the screens and getting the tasks finished. We don’t have a fancy lounge or a coffee bar; we just have a simple table for tea and a few chairs for when we need to sit and talk through a problem. The team is small and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. We don't spend a lot of time on long speeches or meetings. Instead, we just get to work and try to be as helpful as we can to the people who rely on us. It is a very practical environment, and we like being part of the gritty, industrious vibe of Kailash Nagar. When the day is done, we pack up and head out into the Surat evening traffic.
