Arena91 Technologies Llp is based in Shop No. 321 at the Deep Kamal Commercial Hub. It’s a busy building in Surat City, and there’s always something going on in the hallways. We picked this spot because it's easy for everyone to get to. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our desks set up, some shelves for files we rarely look at, and plenty of power outlets. We do tech work, which mostly means sitting in front of monitors for eight or nine hours a day. It’s not the kind of job you see in movies. It’s a lot of typing, checking for errors, and trying to figure out why something isn't loading right. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just want to get through the daily list of tasks. Surat is a loud, vibrant city, and being in a commercial hub means we’re right in the middle of it. Sometimes the noise from the other shops filters in, but we don't mind much. It feels like being part of the local economy. We are just a small team, no layers of management or anything like that. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. We’ve had this space for a bit now and it’s become a second home. We just keep things moving, one day at a time, without any grand plans or polished speeches.
