You can find us in Surat, over on Nanavat Main Road. We are on the fourth floor of the Krishna Complex, specifically room 404. It is right opposite the Hira Moti apartment building. The area is always crowded with people going about their business. Surat is a hot place, so we rely heavily on the fans and the air conditioning to keep things moving. The office isn't very large. It’s just one main room with some partitions and a small cabin for the manager. We have some old posters on the walls and a few filing cabinets that are overflowing with papers. The building itself is older, and the hallways are a bit narrow. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some milk powder in the corner. Most of the time, the windows stay closed because of the dust from the road. We are used to the sound of horns honking all day long. It's just part of being in this part of Surat. Our team is small, just a few people who have been working together for years. We know each other’s habits and how we like our tea. We don't have big meetings with fancy slides. We just talk across the desks to get things sorted out. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about anything else. It is a solid and honest way to work every day.
