We are located in the Sarthana area of Surat, right in the Sanskar Villa Society on Varachha Road. Most people know this part of the city is the heart of the diamond and textile trade. We deal specifically with yarn. Our office at Plot No. 141 is where we handle all the buying and selling. It’s a pretty straightforward operation. We have samples of different yarns lying around the office, and we spend a lot of time comparing textures and strengths. It’s not the kind of job you can do without getting your hands a little dirty. Clients often drop by to see what we have in stock or to talk about pricing. We don’t have a big sales team; it’s usually just one of us sitting here answering the phone and greeting whoever walks through the door. Varachha Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We try to keep a good relationship with the local weavers and manufacturers because that’s who we work with most. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company in Surat, just a reliable one that people can talk to directly. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to check on supplies at the mills, but most of the time you’ll find us right here at the society office, just working through the day’s tasks and orders.
