Lele Chmeiequip Pvt. Ltd. is located out in Amli at Survey No. 22/1 and 22/2. We make equipment for the chemical industry, which basically means a lot of welding and assembly. It’s heavy work and can be quite technical, though we don’t make a big fuss about it. The shop floor is usually filled with large metal tanks and various pipes. We’ve been working out of this space for quite some time. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the lighting could probably be better, but it gets the job done. Our team is small, mostly local folks who have been in this line of work for years. We spend a lot of time looking at technical drawings and measuring things twice. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We’re usually in overalls and boots. Sometimes we run into delays with materials, or a client changes their mind about a spec halfway through, and we just have to adjust. That’s just how it goes in manufacturing. We don’t have a dedicated sales person; usually, whoever is free picks up the phone. We prefer to let the finished equipment speak for itself rather than doing a lot of talking. It’s a busy life here in Amli, and we’re just glad to have steady work coming through the gates every morning and keeping the team busy.
