Acute Systems & Solutions is tucked away at 41, Gajanand Sheri in Amba Nagar. We’re pretty close to Sosyo Circle, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The office is small, just a few rooms where we keep our tools and parts. We deal with all sorts of system issues, mostly hardware and software stuff that stops working when people need it most. It’s not a high-end corporate office. We have old chairs and a lot of tangled cables in the corner. We spend our days troubleshooting. Sometimes it takes ten minutes, other times we’re scratching our heads for three hours. That’s just the nature of technology. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people shaking hands. We just have us, working in Amba Nagar. People from the nearby streets come in when their computers act up or when they need a specific part. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just junk. It’s a simple operation. We aren't looking to take over the world; we just want to keep the local systems running. The neighborhood is alright, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around the circle. It’s a decent place to spend the day, even when the work gets a bit frustrating or the heat gets to us.
