Basant Agro Tech (India) Ltd.

Our place is located in Kadarghat, which is a bit of a trek for some but it suits us just fine. We are right near the Dom Devta Mandir. You can usually hear the bells or see people heading there for prayers while we are working at Basant Agro Tech (India) Ltd. It is a rural spot, so things move a little slower than they do in the big cities. We deal with agricultural technology stuff, but we aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. It is just about helping out where we can with the crops and the local land. The Taluka of Suni has its own rhythm. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days it is so quiet you can hear the wind. We have a small team here. Most of us grew up nearby so we understand the soil and the weather patterns. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. This is just a practical business where we use our hands and our brains to get through the week. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it stays cool in the summer. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the upcoming harvests. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the ground. If you are ever near the temple, you’ll see our sign and probably one of us out front.
