Rourkela is a steel town through and through, so being an iron and engineering company here feels right. The air usually has that industrial smell, and there’s a lot of heavy machinery around the area. Our setup is pretty simple, based out of a quarter in the sector. It’s not a high-rise office building. It’s more of a functional space where we manage the engineering projects and handle the local logistics for the iron work. Being in Sundargarh, Orissa, we are right in the middle of the industrial belt. The work is tough and often dirty, involving a lot of metal and heavy components. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more concerned with the quality of the engineering and making sure the iron is handled correctly. The community in Sector-15 is mostly people who work in the plants, so we fit right in. We’ve been here for a while, seeing the town grow and change around the steel industry. It’s a basic, hard-working environment where we just focus on the task at hand. There aren't many bells and whistles, just a lot of iron and engineering talk every day.
