Up here in Orissa, we are in Rourkela at Sector-01. Our address is Qrs. No. A/403. It’s a typical company quarter setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Cethar Vessels Limited has been using this space to manage things in this region. Rourkela is a steel town, and you can feel that industry vibe everywhere. We are in a residential-looking block, which makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have our files in the back room and the front area is where we sit and talk. It’s not a place where we wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. We drink a lot of water and tea while we go through the stacks of documents. Sector-01 is a nice enough area, 769006 pin code. We’ve been here long enough that we know the mailman by name. We don't have any grand visions to talk about. We just have a list of things to get done every week and we try to cross them off. Sometimes we get behind, but we usually catch up. It’s a steady pace. The neighbors are good people and we don't have many complaints about being stationed here. It’s just how we get through the week.
