You can find us over in Room Number 4 of the Old Engineering Hostel in Kansbahal. It is an older building with a lot of history, and you can definitely feel that when you walk through the hallways. The walls are thick and the ceilings are high, which helps keep things a bit cooler when the sun is beating down outside. Our room is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need for the L&T operations in this area. We have two main desks and a long table where we spread out the larger drawings and documents. There is a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound when it is on the high setting, but we do not mind it much anymore. Being in a hostel means there is always a bit of movement around us, with people coming and going from other rooms. It gives the place a bit of energy. We do not have a fancy reception area or a sign outside. Most people just know where Room 4 is and they knock when they need something. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing up reports on our old laptops. The light in the corridor is a bit dim in the evenings, but our room is bright enough. We like the simplicity of this setup. It is practical and lets us get on with the job without any unnecessary distractions or corporate fluff.
