Public Inter College

Public Inter College is located in Chaukia, Sultanpur - 222302. It is a plain building where we have been holding classes for many years now. Most of the people who live around here know exactly where we are. We have students coming in from the local village and some of the further out areas too. The rooms are a bit old but they are sturdy and hold enough students for the day. We have a big gate at the front and a bit of a yard where the students gather before the first bell rings. It is not a very quiet place because there are always people talking or moving between the different rooms. We just try to get through the subjects every day. The teachers are mostly local people who have been with us for a long time and know the families well. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. It is just a place for education. In the summer months, it gets quite dusty, so we are always sweeping the floors. We deal with the everyday stuff like fixing chairs or making sure there is enough water for everyone to drink. It is a very straightforward operation. People come here to study and the staff is here to help them do that. That is really all there is to it. We keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every morning until it is time to close the gates.
