Malti Modern Public School

In a place like Katehari, everyone knows everyone else’s business, so we don’t really need a big sign for Malti Modern Public School, though we have one anyway. We are located in Ambedkar Nagar with the pincode 224151. It is a quiet kind of area, mostly, except when school starts in the morning and all the bicycles start showing up. The school isn't trying to be something it’s not. We have the classrooms, a bit of space for the kids to run around, and some benches that have seen better days but still hold up just fine. People around here in Ambedkar Nagar value something that is reliable, and that’s what we try to be. It’s not about having the latest gadgets or some polished reputation; it’s about making sure the kids in Katehari have a place to go every day where they can actually sit down and read a book. The staff here are mostly local folks who live just a few streets away, so it feels more like a big family than a workplace. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into the office, and the paperwork might get a bit messy, but we keep on going. We just do our thing here without making a big fuss about it. If you’re passing through Katehari, you’ll see us there, just a regular part of the town. We've been here for years and hope to stay.
