Acc Limited

Our location is in the Tikaria Industrial Area, specifically under the P.O. Tehsil Gauriganj in C S M Nagar. This is where we operate as Acc Limited. It’s a large site, and there’s always something moving, whether it’s a conveyor belt or a heavy truck pulling out of the gate. The area around Gauriganj is very industrial, so you’re always hearing the sound of engines and machinery in the distance. We work in shifts, and the air is often filled with the fine dust that comes with our line of work. We don’t have a lot of time for sitting around in fancy offices. Most of us are out on the floor, making sure the production lines are running as they should. The sun can be brutal in this part of the country, and the metal buildings don’t help much with the heat, but we have our routines to keep us going. We’ve got a canteen where we sit and eat together, mostly talking about local news or how the weather is affecting the roads. We don’t use corporate jargon here. We just say what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a big plant, but it feels like a smaller community once you’ve been here a few years. We know the quirks of the machines and the best ways to get things moving when there’s a delay. It’s a hard-working environment, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else.
