Tafran Advertising

You can find our office in the Narwara area of Srinagar, right near the Eidgah in Shedapura. It is a local spot and we have been here for a while now. Tafran Advertising is not a large company with a lot of employees. It is just a few of us working out of this small building. The office is quite simple and we have some of our design work pinned up on the walls. It isn't a fancy studio with expensive furniture. We have some old desks and chairs that do the job. The neighborhood is usually quiet, except when there are events at the Eidgah, then it gets very busy and crowded. We like being in this part of Srinagar because it feels like home. We don't have any big marketing slogans or mission statements. We just sit down and do the work that people ask us to do. Sometimes it gets very cold in the winter, so we spend a lot of time huddled around the heater with our tea. It’s a slow and steady kind of life here. We don't use complicated language or try to sound like we are bigger than we are. People in the community know us and they just drop by if they have a project in mind. We just try to be helpful and do a decent job every day.
