Our place, Icon, is right by Lal Chowk in Anantnag. We are near the Post Office and the Ayurvedic Hospital. It’s a central spot, so there’s always something happening outside. The building we are in is older, but it has some character. We’ve been here for a few years. It’s not a big corporate setup with polished floors. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. The hospital nearby is a good landmark for people who haven't visited us before. We usually have the door open if the weather is nice. It gets a bit cold in the winter, so we huddle around a small heater. We handle all sorts of things throughout the day. There isn't really a strict schedule. If someone comes in with a question, we stop what we’re doing and talk to them. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, maybe a bit too relaxed sometimes. We don't use fancy titles or wear suits. We just wear what’s comfortable for work. The area around Lal Chowk is always bustling with vendors and traffic. It can be hard to hear yourself think when the horns start honking. But we like being in the middle of everything. It’s just a simple business run by people who live right here in the area. We try to keep things moving along and deal with whatever comes our way each morning.
