Sbi Mutual Funds

We are Sbi Mutual Funds and our office is located right here in Srinagar. The pincode is 190020. Jammu & Kashmir is where we live and work, and we’ve been here for a good while. Dealing with mutual funds keeps us on our toes, but the atmosphere here is usually quite calm compared to the bigger cities. We don’t have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s a functional office where we take care of the local people's investments. Everyone knows the Sbi name, so they find their way to us eventually. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting across from people explaining how things work. Srinagar can get cold in the winter, but we keep the heaters going and the work continues. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have any missions or visions written on the walls. We just come in, open up the office, and start working on the files. People from all over the area come by. Sometimes we have a lot of visitors, other times it’s just us and the paperwork. It’s a decent place to work and we know the community here pretty well. Being part of the 190020 area means we are part of the daily life in the city. We just do what we need to do to keep the funds moving and the records straight. There's no magic to it, just keeping track of things and being here for the folks. We just keep our heads down.
