Safran Foods & Spices

Safran Foods & Spices is situated in Friends Colony, which is in the Palapora area of Eidgah. We are right near Masjid Bilal, so we hear the call to prayer several times a day. It’s a good landmark and helps people find us in the busy streets. We deal with various foods and a lot of spices. Because of this, our workspace always has a very strong aroma. Some people find it overwhelming, but we’ve grown to like it. We aren't a big industrial factory. We are just a local business that takes pride in handling things manually. We spend a lot of time cleaning, sorting, and packing the spices. It’s a lot of work and our hands are usually stained by the end of the day. The building we use is quite old and doesn't have any modern decorations. We just have the shelves and the scales we need. Most of the people who work here live just a few streets away. We don't have any big marketing budgets or social media teams. We just rely on people knowing us and coming back when they need more spices. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several orders come in at once, and the small space feels even smaller. We just do our best to stay organized and keep moving. It’s a regular job in a busy part of Eidgah.
