S R Pashmina Private Limited is located over in Zakura, right near the petrol pump. It’s easy to find if you know Bismillah Colony, but the roads can get a bit crowded during the day. We operate out of Tromboo Villa. It’s more of a functional space than a showroom, really. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the fabrics and making sure the packing is done right. The weather here can be a bit tricky, especially when it gets cold, but we keep the work going. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city center, which helps when we need to focus on the finer details of the pashmina. We’ve been in this part of town for some time, and the locals know us. There isn't much flashiness here. We just have our tables set up and the inventory stored where it's safe and dry. You’ll usually see a few of us sitting together having tea when there’s a break in the work. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows what their job is. We don't spend much time on fancy marketing; we just try to make sure the stuff we send out is what the customer asked for. It gets dark early in the winter months, so we try to finish the heavy lifting while there’s still good light coming through the windows.
