Over at Chinar Commercial Complex, you’ll find M.M. Shawl Engineers & Contractors Pvt Ltd. We are located right on The Bund, which is part of Residency Road. It’s a well-known area, and the complex itself has been around for a while. We aren't the kind of engineers who sit in fancy glass buildings all day. Most of our time is spent out on different sites, but this is where we keep our main office and handle the paperwork. The Bund is a nice place to be, even if it gets crowded with tourists and locals alike. Our office is a bit cluttered with blueprints, tools, and old files from past projects. We aren't too bothered about having everything perfectly organized as long as we can find what we need. Being contractors means we are always juggling different jobs, so the phone is usually ringing. We might be in the middle of a meeting one minute and then heading out to a construction site the next. Residency Road has a lot of energy, and being in the Chinar Commercial Complex keeps us in the middle of it all. We’ve been doing this for years, and we’ve seen plenty of projects come and go. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just do the engineering and the contracting work and go home at the end of the day.
