It is a nice part of town, though it gets quite cold in the winter months. You can usually tell when we are open because of the activity around the lane. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. It is just the teachers and the helpers who make the place work every day. The building is tucked away from the main noise of Srinagar, which is good for the little ones. We spend a lot of time checking the heaters and making sure the floors are clean.
