Junior Engineer

Junior Engineer is situated in Naseem Bagh, Hazratbal, right here in Srinagar. It’s a beautiful part of J&K, especially when the weather is nice. Our office is a modest one. We don’t have any of those glass walls or shiny floors you see in big cities. Instead, we have a comfortable space where we can focus on our engineering tasks. The air can get very cold in the winter, so we usually have a small heater going while we work. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't do much in the way of marketing. We mostly rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a while and people know our faces. It’s a quiet place to work, which is good for thinking through technical problems. Sometimes we take a walk near the university area just to clear our heads. The office itself is filled with books, maps, and various pieces of equipment. It looks like a place where real work happens, because it is. We aren't interested in sounding corporate. We just want to provide a solid service to the people around Hazratbal. It’s a local business through and through. We appreciate the pace of life here and try to reflect that in how we run things. Our door is usually open to anyone who has a project to discuss. It’s just how we operate.
