System Soft Inclusion

You can find System Soft Inclusion over at the Haji Complex on Red Cross Road. We are up on the first floor. It’s a busy spot in Srinagar and there is always something going on outside on the street. We spend most of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out technical problems for people who come to us. The office is tucked away in the complex, so it’s usually a bit quieter than the road below, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate. We’ve got some computers set up and wires everywhere, which is pretty standard for a place like this. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet goes slow, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the city. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just a few of us here doing the work. People usually find us through someone they know or because they were already in Haji Complex for something else. It’s a decent place to work. Red Cross Road is a good central location, even if parking can be a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been in this office for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We just keep our heads down and get through the tasks we have for the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do.
