We've been at House No 92 in Gulshan Ali Shalimar for a while now. It's right near the SBI Bank, so it’s easy to find. My family and I handle all the travel bookings here. Mostly, people just walk in from the neighborhood to ask about train tickets or maybe a trip somewhere far. It gets busy during the holidays. We sit in the office and sort out the paperwork, making sure the names and dates are right on the tickets. It’s not a huge place, just a simple room with some chairs. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we get the job done. People know us around here. We don't really do anything fancy. If you need to go somewhere, we try to find a seat for you. It's mostly about listening to where people want to go and checking the schedules on the computer. Sometimes people come in just to chat before they decide. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re not from this part of town, but once you find the bank, you’re basically there. We keep the ledger books on the desk and try to stay organized. That’s pretty much what we do every day from morning until the evening when the sun goes down and we lock up for the night.
