The mall is usually busy, which keeps us on our toes. Our office is a straightforward place for handling shipments and paperwork. Residency Road is a major part of the city, so there’s always something going on outside. We spend a lot of time dealing with customs forms and tracking numbers. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what needs to be done. We have a small team here, and we all know our roles. The mall has its own pace, and we’ve become part of it over time.
