Chicking

We set up Chicking right on Residency Road in Srinagar, not too far from the ICICI Bank. It’s a busy spot near Lal Chowk. We see a lot of people passing by every day. Some are just walking to work while others are looking for a place to sit for a minute. The weather changes quite a bit here, but we keep the doors open. We don't have a big corporate team writing this for us. It is just us here every morning getting things ready before the lunch crowd starts showing up. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets loud, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We’ve stayed in this location for a while because it makes sense for us. People know where to find us near the bank. We just do our thing day in and day out. It’s not fancy or anything, just a regular place where we work. We handle the cleaning, the orders, and making sure everything is in its place. Being at 190001 means we are right in the middle of things. Most days are pretty much the same, which we actually like. We focus on the tasks at hand. If you are walking down Residency Road, you’ve probably seen our sign. We just keep it simple and stick to what we know. There isn’t much more to say besides that we are here and we keep busy.
