Acro Paints

Acro Paints is located right by Naw Goan Chowk. We are near the petrol pump, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. It’s a busy intersection. There is always a lot of noise from the vehicles passing by. We have been here for some time now. Inside, it smells like paint, which I guess is normal. We have rows and rows of tins and buckets stacked up. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we get new shipments in. We spend our days mixing colors and helping people decide what they need for their walls. It’s practical work. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. If you need paint, we have it. The floor has a few stains on it from spills over the years. We keep a desk in the corner for the paperwork. It’s a local spot where people feel comfortable just dropping in. Sometimes we have a tea together while waiting for a customer. We know the guys at the petrol pump too. It’s a decent community. We just keep the shop open and do our bit. Nothing fancy about it, just a paint shop at the chowk. We've seen plenty of shops come and go, but we stay right here by the petrol pump. It's just what we do, day in and day out, without any fuss. We just focus on the cans and the brushes.
