Sri Balaji Enterprises

Sri Balaji Enterprises is located at 530 Palakonda Road. We are very close to the Ayyappa Swamy Temple, so we often hear the bells and the music from there, which is actually quite nice during a long work day. The road outside can get pretty hectic with people coming and going to the temple or just traveling through the area. We have a simple setup here. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day business and talking to anyone who walks in through the door. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it’s sturdy and keeps us out of the sun. We get a lot of dust from the Palakonda Road, so we are always wiping down the counters and the chairs. It feels like a constant battle, but you just do it without thinking much about it. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising; people just see our sign when they are passing by or heading to the temple. We have some chairs for people to sit on while we talk, and we usually have some water or tea to offer them. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize most of the regulars. Every morning we open up, sweep the front area, and get ready for whatever the day brings. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right without any unnecessary fuss or drama. We like the neighborhood.
