Ncl Industries Ltd. ( Cement Division)

Down here in Rajam, Andhra Pradesh, we run the Cement Division for Ncl Industries Ltd. We are based right in the 532127 pin code area. It is a local operation through and through. The work involves a lot of the usual stuff you’d expect with cement, so things can get a bit dusty and busy during the peak hours. We aren’t located in a big city, so Rajam has that smaller town feel where everyone kind of knows where the main businesses are. Most of the guys working here are local and have been with us for a good stretch. We just focus on getting the supply sorted and making sure the trucks are moving when they need to. It is honest work and it keeps the town moving in its own way. We don't spend much time on fancy offices or big signs. If you are in this part of Andhra Pradesh, you know the landscape is mostly about industry and agriculture. We fit right into that mix. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking the loads and managing the site. We like it that way because it keeps things predictable. There isn't any big corporate talk here, just people doing their jobs and making sure the cement gets to where it is supposed to go. It's a practical life and we are glad to be part of the Rajam community. We just keep moving forward with the work.
