Sivagonti

We are based out of Kummaripeta village, which falls under the Chittivalasa post office in the Amadalavalasa area of Srikakulam. Being in this part of Andhra Pradesh means things move at a slightly different pace than the big cities. Sivagonti is a small, local operation rooted in this community. Our workspace is quite simple and matches the rural setting around us. We don't have a lot of the modern office bells and whistles. We rely on basic tools and hard work to get things done. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages, so we all know each other well. It’s a very informal environment. We talk about local news while we work on our tasks. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, but we manage. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy website. We just do our work and let that speak for itself. Most of our days are spent handling local requirements and making sure we stay on top of our schedule. It’s a lot of manual coordination and talking to people face to face. We appreciate the quiet life here in Srikakulam. It allows us to focus on what we are doing without too many distractions. We’ve been part of this village for a long time and we like it that way. We don't really see ourselves moving to a big city anytime soon.
