Our business, Retrixdev, is located in a village called 45 LLW in the Padampur Tehsil. We operate out of House Number 29, which is the residence of Hanuman. It’s definitely not your typical tech office setting. There are no high-rise buildings or glass elevators here. Instead, we have fields and a lot of open space. Being in a rural area means we have to deal with things like power cuts and slower delivery times, but we make it work. It’s a one-person company mostly, though some family members help out when things get busy. We do all our development work from a small room set up with a decent computer and an internet link. People in the village know us as the ones who are always on the computer. It’s a quiet life and it suits the kind of work we do. You don't get the distractions of the big city here. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. The work comes to us through word of mouth or through the connections we’ve made online. We just try to provide what people ask for without making it complicated. It’s an honest way to make a living while staying close to home. Padampur is a small place and we like being part of the community here. If you’re ever in the area, you can just ask for House 29. It’s a very simple and practical way to run a tech firm.
